Chatpate Stuffed Tomato | Chatpata Bharwa Tamaatar

Ingredients:

  • 10 medium sized Tomato (टमाटर)
  • 4 medium sized Onion (प्याज़)
  • 3-4 Green Chilli (हरी मिर्ची)
  • Salt as per taste (नमक)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder (लाल मिर्ची पाउडर)
  • 1 tsp Ground Spices (गरम मसाला)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
  • 1 tbsp cumin seed (ज़ीरा)
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala (चाट मसाला)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar (चीनी)
  • 1/2 cup Mustard Oil (सरसो का तेल)

How to make Chatpata Stuffing Masala:

  •  Ek peeler ki help se sare tamaatro ko bich me se khali krke uska pulp & beej nikal de.
  • Ek mixer me pyaz, hari mirchi aur tamaater ke andar ka pulp dal ke dardra (jyada bareek nahi ho) pees le.
  • Ek pan me sarso ka tel dal kar ache se garam karein aur usme jeera dale. Jese hi jeera bhun jaye, usme peesa hua masala dale aur masale ko ache se bhune.
  • Ab esme sare spices i,e Namak, Mirchi, Haldi powder, chat masala, garam masala dal kar paka le.
  • Jese hi sare masale ache se mix ho jaye, ab esme 2 tbsp chinni dale. Chinni se sabji me acha khatta mitha taste ayega aur esi se sabji chatpati bayegi.
  • Masale ko sunahra hone tak bhune. Humein masale ko tab tak pakana hai jab tak masala pak kar adha reh jaye aur pan ki sides chod de. Masala tayar hone me 10 min tak ka time lagta hai.
  • Masala tyar hone par use 10 minute tak normal temperature me thanda hone ke liye rakhein.

How to make Stuffed Tomato/Bharwa Tamaater:

  • Abhi tamaater le jinko humne bich me se khali kiya tha aur tyar kiya hua masala sabhi tamaatero me bhare.
  • Ek pan me oil garam karein, Stuffing kiye huye tamatro ko ek ek karke, oil me dale. Tamaater tel me chodte time aanch kam kr lein , otherwise garam tel ke chente pad skte hai.
  • Tamaater ke oil me jate hi bhut achi sound sunne lagegi. Tamaatro ko lagatar side badalte huye pakaye.
  • Dhayan rakehin humein tamaatero ko dhank ke nahi pakana, nahi to tamaater pani chod denge aur sabji khrab ho jayegi. Sath hi me lagater humein tamaatero ko hilate rehna hai jisse ki ye sari sides se ache se pakenge aur jalenge nhi.
  • Jese hi tamaater adhe pak jaye, hath se upar se thoda sa namak chidak de, esse tamaater jaldi pakege aur namak tamaater ke andar ache se mix ho jayega.
  • Jese hi Tamaater ki skin alag hone lage aur tamaater sab side se ache se halke soft ho jaye to gass band krde.
  • Garma Garm chatpate bharwa tamaater ki khatti mithi sabji banke tyar hai.
  • Garnishing ke liye upar se dhaniya patte ka use kare.

How to serve Stuffed Tomato/Bharwa Tamaater

  • Stuffed Tomato/ Bharwa Tamaater ki sabji Chappati, laccha parantha ya to fhir rice ke sath garma garm serve kare.
  • Bharwa Tamaater ko khane me dal ke sath complimentary bhi serve kiya ja skta hai.
