I used to buy this salted peanuts from the carts. But one day I tried them at home and surprisingly they came out so well, infact better than the shop bought ones. So now I prepare this Healthy snacks regularaly at home.

The good thing about this recipe is it is instant and it takes hardly 2 minutes to prepare. It needs just three ingredients, the ground nuts (Peanuts/mungfali), Desi Ghee and the salt for roasting. So I would suggest you to try this at home and this can be a healthy replacement for the junk foodsts.   • 1/4 small tsp chat masala
  • 1/4 small tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 small tsp dry mango power (amchur powder)
  • 1/4 small tsp channa masala or garam masala
  • 1 tsp Desi Ghee
